Amendment No. 3 – Evaluate the use of Bag Filters, Additional RSSCT Coordination, Chlorine Analyzers, and DDW Permitting
Dear Mr. Donohue:
Ardurra is pleased to provide this amendment to include the following design services:
Investigation, calculations and recommendations associated with adding Variable Frequency Drive (VFDs) and connecting the well to the distribution system including sizing of the pump impeller
Work related to modifying, upgrading, revising the oxygen injection system Specifications for a third party vendor for the carbon fill, backwashing, etc to test the system together during startup
SCOPE OF WORK
Task 1.1 – VFDs and Connection of Well to Distribution System Perform pump calculations and modeling pump with VFD performance for standard operation and pumping to distribution system which resulted in pump selection recommendations and sizing of pump impeller
Coordination with City and City’s pump supplier to provide final pump selection
Task 1.2 – Modify Oxygen Injection System
Coordination with City on the oxygen injection system
Task 1.3 – Specifications for Carbon Fill/Backwash Testing Provide Specifications for a third party to fill the carbon system, backwash it, and provide startup and testing support

Revise drawings and Specifications (civil, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation) to add chlorine analyzers, relocate sample station, sample lines and connection and valves to the design documents
