SUBJECT: Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. TS25-026 with GIS Planning Inc (revised not to exceed $17,560 and extend term to June 11, 2027) for ZoomProspector Software, a GIS tool integrated into economic development organization websites to facilitate business site selection, property searches and location analysis
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of amendment.
BACKGROUND:
On October 22, 2024, CITY entered into Agreement TS24 -026 with PROVIDER for the purchase of a one- year license to their cloud-based ZoomProspector Enterprise software; and On July 15, 2025, CITY entered into Agreement TS25-029 with PROVIDER for the renewal of PROVIDER’s software for an additional year; and CITY desires to subscribe to PROVIDER’s ZoomProspector Enterprise License for a one (1) year term.
This agreement is going before the City Council because the vendor is now including an indemnity clause in its terms and conditions.
CITY has previously committed to pay for this and the not to e xceed amount is for $17,560 to provide these services.
FISCAL IMPACT:
No added cost for the services provided, therefore no fiscal impact.
