Attached is an itemized engineering proposal for the project oversight, construction management, and inspection for the Water Well CBK-85 Project. The itemized budget proposal has been separated into two tasks as outlined below:
Task #1 – Well Drilling Construction Management and Inspection
This task involves the oversight and inspection for the water well drilling project and includes, but is not limited to the following:
• Administer a Preconstruction Meeting
• Well Drilling Oversight and Daily Inspection for Drilling and Development • Conductor Casing and Cement Seal Inspection
• Pilot Hole Inspection and Lithologic Logging
• Review of Geophysical Logs and Selection of Zone Depth Intervals • Inspection and Data Collection during Isolated Zone Testing • Water Quality Sampling and Testing
• Formation Sieve Sampling and Selection of Slot Size and Gravel Gradation • Final Well Design Recommendations
• Reamed Hole Inspection
• Caliper Log and Deviation Survey Review
• Well Construction Inspection including Welding Inspection, Gravel Pack Monitoring, and Cement Annular Seal Inspection
• Swabbing and Airlifting Inspection
• Pumping and Surging Inspection
• Recommendation of Flowrates for Step and Constant Rates • Water Quality Sampling and Testing for Completed Well • Video Logging and Test Pump Data Analysis
• Preparation of a Final Well Report
The budget amount for Task #1 is $78,755.00.
Task #2 – Well Equipping and Site Development Construction Management and Inspection
This task involves the oversight and inspection for the water well equipping and site development project and includes, but is not limited to the following:
• Contract Document Review
• Administer a Preconstruction Meeting and Issue Meeting Minutes • Submittal and Shop Drawing Reviews
• Review and Respond to Requests for Information (RFI’s) • Review and Approve Monthly Progress Payments
• Administer Weekly Project Meetings and Issue Meeting Minutes • Well Equipping and Site Development Oversight and Daily Inspection and Reporting • Compaction and Concrete Testing
• Facilitate Start-Up and Testing
• Assistance with the Drinking Water Permit Process
• Preparation of Project Completion Report
• Project Close-Out Documents
The budget amount for Task #2 is $141,240.00.
The total budget proposal for this work is $219,995.00.
