We are very close to finalizing an agreement with the Sierra Club that we believe will resolve its appeal of VTTM 7451.
To allow the parties sufficient time to complete and document the agreement, we respectfully request that the City Council public hearing currently scheduled for August 26, 2026, be continued to the next available City Council hearing date.
Please let us know if the City requires any additional documentation or written confirmation from the Sierra Club to process this request.
