SUBJECT: Amendment No. 10 to Agreement No. 03-310 for employment of Virginia Gennaro as City Attorney for the City of Bakersfield.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of the amendment to the Agreement.
BACKGROUND:
Since the Chief Assistant City Attorney will become the next City Attorney, the contract for the current City Attorney no longer requires a 90 day lead time prior to resignation. Therefore, this small modification as directed by Council return the required time to 30 days.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The action to amend the agreement has no fiscal impact but only changes one condition of the agreement.
