SUBJECT: Amendment No. 2 to Agreement No. 2025-067 with CivicPlus, LLC (revised $24,404.86; not to exceed $170,000.00) to include monthly Virtual Webmaster services .
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of this amendment.
BACKGROUND:
The City of Bakersfield (City) and CivicPlus, LLC entered into Agreement No. 2025-067 on May 14, 2025, in the amount of $218,290.95 with a term ending on June 9, 2028 , to provide a subscription of website development, professional consulting/ training services and annual services for hosting, maintenance, and support. The C ity now wishes to amend Agreement No. 2025 -067 to add monthly Virtual Webmaster services.
The total compensation has been adjusted to a lump sum payment of $ 159,765.23 made in three (3) annual installments:
$42,937.47 for 2025-2026
$57,279.80 for 2026-2027
$59,547.96 for 2027-2028
This is a $24,404.86 increase in total compensation with a new not to exceed amount of $170,000.00.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Funds for this subscription are allocated in the Fiscal Year 2026-27 budget in the equipment fund.
