MOTION: It was moved by Mayor Pro Tem Damian, seconded by Councilmember Ayala to excuse Mayor Avila Passed [3-0] AYES: AYALA, LOZANO, DAMIAN

The Mayor Pro Tem opened Public Communications at approximately 5:506 p.m., seeing no one wishing to speak public communications was closed.

RECESS CLOSED SESSION - City Council recessed into closed session at approximately 5:06 p.m.

Position: Chief Executive Officer
The City Council to a vote of 4-0, made a conditional offer for employment for a new Chief Executive Officer/City Manager with direction and intent to final term agreement to the next meeting.
Recessed into Open Session at approximately 7:05 p.m.
Reconvened into Closed Session at approximately 8:25 p.m.
