Ordinance 1603, Adding a New Chapter 9.09 to Title 9 (Public Peace, Morals and Welfare) of the Banning Municipal Code to provide for regulations governing camping and related activities within the City of Banning, and making a determination of exemption from the California Environmental Quality Act Recommendation:

6.12 Consideration of Resolution 2024-57, Authorizing the Closure and Transfer of Fund 690 - Refuse Fund to Fund 001 - General Fund and to Classify $3,825,000 as Unearned Revenue that will be Amortized into Revenue Evenly Over the Next 17 Years, and Directing Staff to Use a One-Time Annual SB 939 Support Fee to Assist in Funding the City's Solid Waste Program Coordinator Position and Related Activities Recommendation:
