The following information comprises the minutes for the special meeting of the Banning City Council, a joint meeting of the City Council and Banning Utility Authority, and the Banning City Council sitting in its capacity as the Banning Successor Agency Board.

3.1 Historic Preservation Commission Interviews for Positions 1 through 5 The City Council interviewed Gabrielle Campbell, William Lamb, Trina Fudala, Ezikio López, Vincent Ortega, and Marco Santana for the Historic Preservation Commission Positions 1 through 5.
3.2 Banning Youth Council Interview
The City Council interviewed Sara McDermott for a position on the Banning Youth Council.
