Property: Banning Municipal Airport consisting of approximately 232.41 acres comprised of APNs 541-240 -009; 541-250 -009; 541-140-003; 532-150- 002; 532-150-003; 532-150- 004; 532- 130 -012; 532-130-018; 532-130-011; 532-180- 034. Agency Negotiator: Interim City Manager Art Vela or his designee. Negotiating Parties: City of Banning as potential Lessor and Industrial Enterprises, LLC as potential Lessee. Under Negotiations: Price and Terms of proposed ground lease.
The City Council went into Closed Session at 3:05 p.m.
