The City Council reconvened in open session with no reportable action taken.

Council Member Flynn motioned to adjourn, seconded by Council Member Miller.
The question was called by roll call vote and the motion carried 4-0-1, Council Member Wallace absent.
The meeting adjourned at 4:30 p.m.
