EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The City of Barstow's Fire Protection District Basic Financial Statements for the year ended June 30, 2021 will be presented to the Board by Bryan Gruber, partner, from Lance, Soll and Lunghard, LLP. The recommended action is to receive and file the report.
DISCUSSION:
The Barstow Fire Protection District Basic Financial Statements for the year ended June 30, 2021 is herewith presented for the Board's review, discussion and consideration to receive and file. These financial statements have been audited by the independent public accounting firm of Lance, Soll and Lunghard, LLP. The partner in charge of the audit engagement, Bryan Gruber, will present the financial statements to the Board at the February 7, 2022, Council/Board meeting.
FISCAL IMPACT:
There is no financial impact for this agenda item.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Receive and file the City of Barstow's Fire Protection District Basic Financial Statements for the year ended June 30, 2021.
