AFTER-EVENT REPORT AND PRESENTATION BY THE BARSTOW COMMUNITY COALITION EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Representative(s) from the Barstow Community Coalition will be providing an after-event report and presentation on the Community Resource Fair held on November 4, 2021.
DISCUSSION:
At the October 18, 2021, City Council meeting, Council waived the fees for use of the Cora Harper Fitness Center (community promotional fund donation) to help offset the costs of a Community Resource Fair held on November 4, 2021. The Community Promotional Fund donation was included in the FY 2021/22 budget.
Per the Community Promotional Fund Policy, applicants who are awarded a promotional fund grant or inkind services must commit to providing an after-event report and presentation to the City Council outlining how the group used the funding provided by the City of Barstow for benefit of the community. The Barstow Community Coalition, as a recipient of a community promotional fund grant, will be providing its after-event report and presentation.

None.
