AFTER -EVENT AND PRESENTATION BY ON THE RISE INC.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Representatives from the On The Rise Inc. will be providing an after-event report and presentation on the organization's Toy Giveaway held on December 16, 2021.
DISCUSSION:
At the December 6, 2021, City Council meeting, Council waived fees associated with the use of the Dana Park Building to help offset the costs of a Toy Giveaway held December 16, 2021. The Community Promotional Fund donation was included in the FY 2021/22 budget.
Per the Community Promotional Fund Policy, applicants who are awarded a promotional fund grant or inkind services must commit to providing an after-event report and presentation to the City Council outlining how the group used the funding provided by the City of Barstow for the benefit of the community. On the Rise Inc., as a recipient of a community promotional fund grant, will be providing its after-event report and presentation.

None.
