AFTER-EVENT REPORT AND PRESENTATION BY BARSTOW YOUTH SPORTS AWARD

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Representative(s) from Barstow Youth Sports Coalition will be providing an after-event report and presentation on the Youth Sport Banquet, held on January 22, 2022.
DISCUSSION:
At the December 6, 2021, City Council meeting, Council waived the fees for use of the Cora Harper Fitness Center (Community Promotional Fund Donation) to help offset the costs of a Youth Sports Banquet held on January 22, 2022. The Community Promotional Fund donation was included in the FY 2021/22 budget.
Per the Community Promotional Fund Policy, applicants who are awarded a promotional fund grant or inkind services must commit to providing an after-event report and presentation to the City Council outlining how the group used the funding provided by the City of Barstow for benefit of the community. The Barstow Community Coalition, as a recipient of a community promotional fund grant, and will be providing its after-event report and presentation.
