AFTER-EVENT REPORT AND PRESENTATION BY BARSTOW HIGH SCHOOL ASB EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Representative from Barstow High School ASB will be providing an after-event report and presentation on their Winter Formal that was held on January 29, 2022.
DISCUSSION:
At the December 6, 2021, City Council meeting, Council waived the fees for use of the Cora Harper Fitness Center (Community Promotional Fund donation) to help offset the costs of a Winter Formal held on January 29, 2022. The Community Promotional Fund donation was included in the FY 2021/22 budget.
Per the Community Promotional Fund Policy, applicants who are awarded a promotional fund grant or inkind services must commit to providing an after-event report and presentation to the City Council outlining how the group used the funding provided by the City of Barstow for benefit of the community. The Barstow High School ASB, as a recipient of a Community Promotional Fund, will be providing its afterevent report and presentation.
