TO SET THE TIME, DATE AND PLACE FOR A PROTEST HEARING FOR PROPERTY ABATEMENT COSTS AND PENALTIES FOR MAY 16, 2022 AT 7:00 PM
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

Set time, date and place for a protest hearing for Property Abatement Fines and Penalties for Monday, May 16, 2022 at 7:00 PM.

DISCUSSION:

Pursuant to Barstow Municipal Code Section 6.30.130, staff is requesting the Council set a time, date and place for hearing any objections or protests on a Property Abatement account. The required notices are being sent to the delinquent property owner.

FISCAL IMPACT:

None.

RECOMMENDED ACTION:

Approve Resolution _____-2022, setting the date and time for a protest hearing for Property Abatement Costs and Penalties for Monday, May 16, 2022, at 7:00 PM in the Council Chambers and waive the full reading.
