EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Relay for Life is asking for financial assistance in the amount of $1,500 to help offset the costs of the Relay for Life event to raise money for cancer patient services, to be held on June 11, 2022, at Barstow High School.
DISCUSSION:
Attached is the Community Promotional Fund Application along with supporting documents for Council review.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Request for cash grant award of $1,500. Year-to-date for Fiscal Year 2021-2022 total of $1,500 charged to 102.150.542.07.755 and in-kind donations of fee waivers totaling $56,750.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve Community Promotional Fund donation in the amount of $1,500.
