CERTIFICATE OF RECOGNITION FOR CITY OF BARSTOW LIFEGUARDS EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Certificates of recognition will be presented to City of Barstow Pool Manager Axel Rivera and Lifeguards Kristianna Quijote and Francisco Cadillo for preventing a near drowning incident at Henderson Pool on the afternoon of June 17, 2022. All three employees were on duty and initiated rescue efforts, bringing the victim to safety until first responders arrived on scene. They are being recognized for their immediate response and dedication to duty and service to the community.
