THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
GOVERNOR’S MILITARY COUNCIL
Dear Sir/Madam,
As Chair and Vice Chair of the California Governor’s Military Council, we would like to invite you to the fourth annual All California Defense Summit in Sacramento on August 29-30, 2022.

As part of a comprehensive agenda, speaking topics impacting California include: the future of the Space mission, defense spending, emerging legislative themes, housing, infrastructure, strategic water planning and much more. This year, the Council has once again collaborated with the Association of Defense Communities, and California Defense Communities Alliance, non-profit organizations that serve as the connecting entity for community leaders, the military and industry on community-military issues. These partnerships further the Council’s mission to strengthen communication with stakeholders throughout California and to foster collaborative environment for support of the military mission in the state.

On the first day of the Summit, August 29, support organizations and community members are encouraged to engage with state Legislators or agency located in Sacramento on issues concerning their local military installations and missions. If needed, Council staff are able to assist you in scheduling these meetings with state officials. That evening, the Council will host a reception at the Embassy Suites, 100 Capitol Mall, Sacramento CA.

On the second day of the Summit, August 30, a robust agenda will address some of the most significant and timely topics impacting military, industry and defense community leaders from across California, in a format designed to promote discussion, innovation and partnerships that strengthen and support installations, missions and military families. Please visit the registration website for additional information and to reserve your attendance here: https:// adcregionalforum.org/california/
The Council looks forward to your engagement and we hope you accept this invitation to share your expertise as we collaborate to support critical national security assets in the golden state.
