Soroptimist International of the Barstow Area is asking for financial assistance to help offset the costs of its Luncheon Fundraiser to be held on December 4, 2022, at the Harvey House.

Soroptimist International of the Barstow Area is asking for financial assistance to help offset the costs of its Luncheon Fundraiser to be held on December 4, 2022, at the Harvey House.
Attached is the Community Promotional Fund Application along with supporting documents for Council review. Per the Community Promotional Fund Policy, the City will accept Community Promotional Fund applications during the course of each fiscal year until the contingency funding allocation has been exhausted.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Year-to-date fee waivers and in-kind donations for Fiscal Year 2022-2023 total $36,576.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve Community Promotional Fund donation in the amount of $2,000 for waiver of fees for use of the Harvey House.
