APPROVAL OF TRAVEL FOR CITY CLERK ANDREA FLORES TO ATTEND THE LEAGUE OF
CALIFORNIA CITIES CITY CLERKS NEW LAW AND ELECTIONS SEMINAR EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
It is requested that the City Council approve travel to the League of California Cities City Clerks New Law and Elections Seminar in Monterey, CA for City Clerk Andrea Flores.
DISCUSSION:
The League of California Cities City Clerks New Law and Elections Seminar is scheduled for December 7 - 9, 2022, in Monterey, CA. It is requested that the City Council approve attendance at this event for City Clerk Andrea Flores. Estimated costs to attend this conference are as follows:
Conference Registration $ 500.00
Travel/Transportation $ 300.00
Meals $ 300.00
Hotel $ 650.00
TOTAL $ 1,750.00
FISCAL IMPACT:
Funds are available in the FY 2022/23 budget from General Fund Account No. 100.110.110.03.301.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve travel for City Clerk Andrea Flores to Monterey, CA for the League of California Cites New Law and Elections Seminar.
