LOCAL TRANSPORTATION FUND (LTF) CLAIM FOR FISCAL YEAR 2021/2022 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
City Council approval is required to submit the required claim forms to receive Article 8, Local Transportation Funds (LTF) in the amount of $63,641 for surplus funds from Fiscal Year 2021/2022 from the San Bernardino County Transportation Authority (SBCTA).
DISCUSSION:
In order to request the distribution of surplus Article 8, Local Transportation Funds (LTF) funds for local streets and roads which remain for fiscal year 2021/2022 in the amount of $63,641 from the San Bernardino County Transportation Authority (SBCTA), the City Council must approve the filing of the claim. Attached are the completed claim forms for the City Council's review.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Submittal of the Local Transportation Fund (LTF) Claim Form will result in the receipt of Article 8 LTF funds in the amount of $63,641
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Staff recommends the City Council approve the filing of the Article 8, LTF Claim Form with the San Bernardino County Transportation Authority for fiscal year 2021/2022 in the amount of $63,641.
