DISCUSSION:
The Barstow Harvey House Foundation (BHHF) Financial Statements as of the fiscal year ended June 30, 2022 are presented for review, discussion, and acceptance. A Statement of Changes in Fiduciary Net Position is attached summarizing additions and deductions to the Foundation's Net Position as of June 30, 2022. A Statement of Net Position is also attached which summarizes the assets, liabilities and net position of the Foundation as of June 30, 2022. The Foundation ended the fiscal year with a liability of $14,933 to other funds and a deficit net position of $14,933.

None.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Review and accept the Barstow Harvey House Foundation Financial Statements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022.
