DISCUSSION:
For reference, attached are the Articles of Incorporation and the By-Laws of the Harvey House Foundation, which was incorporated on January 16, 1992. The public purposes of the Foundation are to promote development of the Harvey House site; to promote the historic site; to improve, renovate, acquire, maintain and repair articles of historic significance including but not limited to railroad memorabilia.
