EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The City of Barstow's Fire Protection District Basic Financial Statements for the year ended June 30, 2022, will be presented to the Board by Kelly Telford, partner, from Lance, Soll and Lunghard, LLP. The recommended action is to receive and file the report.
DISCUSSION:
The Barstow Fire Protection District Basic Financial Statements for the year ended June 30, 2022 is herewith presented for the Board's review, discussion and consideration to receive and file. These financial statements have been audited by the independent public accounting firm of Lance, Soll and Lunghard, LLP. The partner in charge of the audit engagement, Kelly Telford, will present the financial statements to the Board at the February 6, 2023, Council/Board meeting.

There is no financial impact for this agenda item.

Staff recommends the following action:
1. Receive and file the City of Barstow's Fire Protection District Basic Financial Statements for the year ended June 30, 2022.
