CITY OF BARSTOW ANNUAL COMPREHENSIVE FINANCIAL REPORT FOR THE YEAR ENDED JUNE 30, 2022
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The City of Barstow's Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2022, will be presented to the City Council by Kelly Telford, Partner, from Lance, Soll and Lunghard, LLP.
DISCUSSION:
The City of Barstow's Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) for the year ended June 30, 2022, is herewith presented for City Council's review, discussion, and consideration to receive and file. These financial statements have been audited by the independent public accounting firm of Lance, Soll and Lunghard, LLP. The ACFR has been reviewed by the Finance Committee at their meeting held on January 30, 2023, and the report has been recommended to the City Council for a receive and file action.
The partner in charge of the audit engagement, Kelly Telford, will present the financial statements to the City Council.
FISCAL IMPACT:
There is no financial impact for this agenda item.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Staff recommends the City Council take the following action:
1. Receive and file the City of Barstow's Annual Comprehensive Financial Report for the year ended June 30, 2022.
