EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Representatives from the Barstow Humane Society will be providing an update on activities at the shelter.
DISCUSSION:
As noted in Section 23 of the agreement for Animal Control Services, a Representative from the Humane Society shall make a semi-annual presentation regarding the shelter operations.
