COMMUNITY PROMOTIONAL FUND APPLICATION FROM THE UNITED STATES VETERANS SUPPORT GROUP INC.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The United States Veterans Support Group is seeking financial assistance to help offset the costs of hosting a Fun Day for Our Children Celebration on Saturday, July 29, 2023, at the Cora Harper Center in the amount of $2,120 of in-kind donations.
DISCUSSION:
The United States Veterans Support Group Inc. is hosting a Fun Day for Our Children Celebration on Saturday, July 29, 2023, at the Cora Harper Center. They will have games, a singing contest and bike giveaway.
The organization is asking $2,120 of in-kind donations to cover the following expenses:
Cora Harper - $2,000
8 Tables - $80
40 Chairs - $40
Total = $2,120

FISCAL IMPACT:
Request for in-kind donation of $2,120 to be charged to Measure Q Community Promotional Fund 102.150.542.07.755.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve a Community Promotional Fund in-kind donation in the amount of $2,120 to the United States Veterans Support Group Inc.
