AGENDA MATTER:
APPROVE RESOLUTION 5141-2023 PROCLAIMING EXISTENCE OF A LOCAL EMERGENCY FOR
THE CITY OF BARSTOW
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Due to the civil unrest currently occurring throughout the State of California, the City Council finds it necessary to declare a local emergency in the City of Barstow.

RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve Resolution 5141-2023 proclaiming the existence of a local emergency for the City of Barstow and waive the full reading.
