RELEASE OF RIGHTS FOR OLD BRIDGE NORTH FIRST AVENUE BRIDGE EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Release of Rights for Old Bridge North First Avenue Bridge DISCUSSION:
The City of Barstow, via the already approved construction, operating, and maintenance agreement of North First Avenue Bridge, has the necessary rights for the new bridge. So here by releasing the unnecessary rights for the old bridge, that will to take into effect once the new bridge opens and traffic is diverted to flow onto it.

None
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Staff recommends that the City Council authorizing the Mayor or designee the authority to sign the Conditional Waiver of Release.
