EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The Odessa Water District's Basic Financial Statements for the year ended June 30, 2023 will be presented to the District's audit firm, Lance, Soll and Lunghard, LLP. The recommended action is to receive and file the report.
DISCUSSION:
The Odessa Water District Basic Financial Statements for the year ended June 30, 2023, is herewith presented for the Board's review, discussion, and consideration to receive and file. These financial statements have been audited by the independent public accounting firm of Lance, Soll and Lunghard, LLP. The partner in charge of the audit engagement, Brandon Young, will present the financial statements to the Board at the February 20, 2024, Council/Board meeting.

There is no financial impact for this agenda item.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Staff recommends the following action:
1. Receive and file the Odessa Water District’s Basic Financial Statements for the year ended June 30, 2023.
