EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Staff is requesting approval of the purchase of four new 911 Center Dispatch Work Consoles.
DISCUSSION:
Staff is requesting approval of the purchase of four new 911 Center Dispatch Work Consoles from Xybix Systems Inc. The current consoles are aged and no longer facilitate the needs of a 911 center and therefore, need replacement.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Funding for the total amount of $98,829.56 is available in the FY24 budget account 102.130.321.06.644.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the purchase from Xybix Systems, Inc., in the amount of $98,829.56, and authorize the City Manager to execute the Purchase Order / Contract.
