The following is a firm quotation to Zebron line the interior surfaces of Contractor Assumptions:
• Drive up access to the structure is available within 30’ • The structure will be dry and free of debris
• Interior hardware will be removed where possible by owner • Access to potable water on site
Exclusions:
• Pollution liability insurance
• Removal/Install of hardware
• Offsite disposal of debris generated by blasting
• Dewatering, desludging
Scope of work:
• Mobilization to and from job site
• Abrasive grit blast and/or hydro-blast all surfaces to be Zebron lined • Removal of existing coating
• Where appropriate, use hand troweled applied mortar to restore deteriorated concrete walls • Saw cut detail, (This procedure ensures proper liner anchoring along terminating edges) • Mask and cover all hardware that cannot be removed by owner • Apply a 1 – 3 mil thickness Zebron Low Temperature Epoxy Primer to all concrete surfaces to be Zebron lined then topcoat with 125 mil thickness Zebron #386 polyurethane (floors excluded) • Spark test at 15,000 volts and make repairs where necessary Quotation: Includes all workmanship, labor, equipment, and materials for the sum of:
