COMMUNITY PROMOTIONAL FUND APPLICATION FROM THE UNITED STATES VETERANS SUPPORT GROUP INC.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The United States Veterans Support Group is seeking financial assistance to help offset the costs of hosting a Fun Day for Our Children Celebration on Saturday, July 27, 2024, at the Cora Harper Center in the amount of $1,770 of in-kind donations.
DISCUSSION:
The United States Veterans Support Group Inc. is hosting a Fun Day for Our Children Celebration on Saturday, July 27, 2024, at the Cora Harper Center. They will have games, a singing contest and bike giveaways.
The organization is asking $1,770 of in-kind donations to cover the following expenses:
Cora Harper - $1,770
Attached is the Community Promotional Fund Application for Council review.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Request for in-kind donation of $1,770 to be charged GL Account 102.150.542.07.755.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve a Community Promotional Fund in-kind donation in the amount of $1,770 to the United States Veterans Support Group Inc.
