$22,155.00
On July 1, 2024, the City Council approved Resolution No. 5171-2024 to initiate proceedings to reaffirm the levy and collection of annual assessments for Fiscal Year 2024/25. Based on the analysis that has been conducted, the staff is recommending no increase to the current assessment levels. If approved by the City Council, the annual maintenance and operational costs associated with each of the assessment districts will be assessed on a pro-rata basis at the same rate as was charged during this past year.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Approving the Engineer's Report and reaffirming the levy and collection of annual assessments will generate approximately $22,412.00 in fees that will be used to pay for street lighting and landscaping costs.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Staff recommends that the City Council take the following actions:
1. Adopt Resolution No. 5181-2024 (Attachment A), thereby approving the Engineer’s Report, and waive the full reading.
