approved plans and specifications, executed construction contract and bond certificate copies. The Labor Compliance Contract Addendum (LCCA) which includes a copy of the Federal Prevailing Wage Decision (CA20240026, Mod. 3 dated February 24,2024) and a copy of the Federal Labor Standards Provisions (HUD 4010) must be attached to the executed construction contract with the approved contractor.
Coordinate the pre-construction conference date, time and place with CDH. Please notify the Prime Contractor and have them notify their Sub-Contractors) that labor compliance/payroll staff must attend the pre-construction meeting.
- Prior to starting any work, the contractor and any subcontractors) must be fully registered on the United States General Administration sam.gov website.
