AFTER-EVENT REPORT AND PRESENTATION BY BABIES SO SPECIAL EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Representative(s) from Babies So Special will be providing an after-event report and presentation on Caleb's Superhero Run held on October 12, 2024.
DISCUSSION:
At the August 5, 2024, City Council meeting, the Council granted a Community Promotional Fund donation for the use of the Sports Park, a fee waiver of $1,323 to Babies So Special to help offset the costs of Caleb's Superhero Color Run. The waiver of fees were included in the FY 2024-2025 budget.
Per the Policy, applicants who are awarded a promotional fund grant or in-kind services must commit to providing an after-event report and presentation to the City Council outlining how the group used the funding provided by the City of Barstow for the benefit of the community. As a recipient of a community promotional fund grant, Babies So Special will be providing its after-event report and presentation.

None.
