AFTER-EVENT REPORT AND PRESENTATION BY GOGO BARSTOW
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Representative(s) from GoGo Barstow will be providing an after-event report and presentation on The Spirit of Giving - Toghether We Can held on November 23, 2024.
DISCUSSION:
At the October 21, 2024, City Council meeting, the Council granted a Community Promotional Fund donation for the use of the Cora Harper and in a cash donation of $1000 for their Spirit of Giving - Together We Can event. The waiver of fees were included in the FY 2024-2025 budget.
Per the Policy, applicants who are awarded a promotional fund grant or in-kind services must commit to providing an after-event report and presentation to the City Council outlining how the group used the funding provided by the City of Barstow for the benefit of the community. As a recipient of a community promotional fund grant, GoGo Barstow will be providing its after-event report and presentation.

None.
