RECOGNITION OF BARSTOW PAGEANT’S COMMUNITY REPRESENTATIVES EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The City of Barstow is proud of its youth and their accomplishments and contributions to our City.
Attached is a list of Barstow Pageant representatives who have volunteered their time for community service over the last year. It is only fitting that each of these young citizens be recognized for their unselfish service to the City of Barstow and the Barstow Pageant. Certificates will be presented to each of them.
