AWARD OF MEASURE Q YOUTH COMMUNITY PROMOTIONAL FUNDS FY 24-25 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Budget was adopted which includes an appropriation from Measure Q Fund for seniors and youth sports programs. Measure Q Funds are allocated towards providing in-kind resources and services to youth sports organizations that provide social and economic benefits and/or recognition to the community. This application was submitted on 3/4/2025 to the Park and Recreation Department. The application is asking for in-kind donations in the amount of $31,815.72 for the Barstow High School Football Boosters. The in-kind donations would include Riddell Axiom Helmets, Cooling stations, and Fleece lined sideline cape. The recommended action is staff requesting direction from council.

$31,815.72 charged to Measure Q Youth Fund Account No. 102.150.542.07.770 for in-kind donations.
