PRESENTATIONS
1. Special Joint Council/Planning Commission Training
This Special Joint Council-Planning Commission Workshop aims to provide training on essential governance topics, including the Brown Act, due process, conflicts of interest, and roles and responsibilities. Although a recent session to comply with AB1234 covered some of these topics, the legal team seeks to offer a more in-depth training to foster a broader understanding of these critical areas.
The following attachments are included for reference:
1. Resolution No. 5198-2025 Revised Rules for the Conduct of City Council Meetings, Proceedings and Business.
2. Ordinance No. 1024-2024 Amending Chapter 2.24 of the Municipal Coder Re: Planning Commission.
