APPROVAL FOR MAYOR SILVA TO TRAVEL TO THE CITY COUNTY 2025 CONFERENCE IN LAKE
ARROWHEAD, CA
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
It is requested that the City Council approve travel for Mayor Silva to attend the City County Conference in Lake Arrowhead, CA, May 08 - 09, 2025.
DISCUSSION:
San Bernardino County will host its annual City-County Conference on May 8-9, 2025, in Lake Arrowhead, California. This event offers city officials the opportunity to engage with county representatives, gain updates on issues impacting cities across the county, and learn about available resources. The conference also serves as a platform for cities to connect with one another, fostering meaningful dialogue around shared challenges and community concerns.
It is requested that the City Council approve travel for Mayor Silva. The estimated costs to attend are as follows:
Registrations $295.00
Travel/Transportation $110.00
Meals $150.00
Hotel $228.32
TOTAL $783.32
FISCAL IMPACT:
Funds are available in the FY 2024/25 budget from General Fund Account No. 100.110.110.03.301 RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve travel for Mayor Silva to attend the City-County Conference in Lake Arrowhead scheduled for May 08 - 09, 2025.
