In regards to assisting with curbing at the cemetery, in order for us to proceed on allocating that $80k in discretionary funding for the project, we will need a request in writing from the city confirming your intent to manage the project and your willingness to provide a 25% match. Per Dakota, our Deputy Chief, once we get that, he will get the ball rolling with finance, and then it will take about 30 days before it comes before the Board of Supervisors and another 60 before you receive the funds.
