EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The proposed Resolution No. XXX-2026 updates the benefits references for the Elected City Officials so they align with the correct Article numbering in the recently approved Unit 6 Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
DISCUSSION:
This item is administrative and technical in nature and is being brought forward solely to update the benefits references contained in Resolution No. XXX-2026 so they accurately reflect the article numbering in the recently approved Unit 6 MOU.
The proposed amendment ensures the resolution aligns with the correct articles in the Unit 6 MOU and avoids any confusion in administration.
FISCAL IMPACT:
There is no fiscal impact, as the stipend and benefits for the Elected City Officials were previously approved and are included in the adopted budget.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
