Notice of Award – RFP-2025-0008 Landscape Maintenance Services Dear Lasting Images Landscape,
The City of Barstow is pleased to inform you that Lasting Image has been selected as the topranked proposer for RFP-2025-0008 – Landscape Maintenance Services.
This notice serves as the City’s official Notice of Intent to Award. The evaluation committee carefully reviewed all proposals received, and your firm’s submission was determined to provide the best overall value to the City based on experience, qualifications, proposed staffing, and service approach.
Please note the following next steps:
1. Contract Preparation – The City will prepare a Professional Services Agreement for your review and signature.
2. Required Documents – Prior to contract execution, please provide the following:
o Certificate of Insurance meeting City requirements
o Proof of valid security guard licensing for all assigned personnel o W-9 form
o Valid City of Barstow Business License
3. City Council Approval – Final award and contract execution are contingent upon approval by the Barstow City Council at an upcoming Council meeting on January 20, 2026.
This Notice of Award does not authorize your firm to begin work. Services may only commence after full contract execution and issuance of a formal Notice to Proceed from the City.
