A) 2 Scheduled Site visits a year (spring & fall) to
each Surveillance system.
B) Clean, Focus & Adjust each camera, check all
cables and connections , visual inspection of all
related hardware. Check NVR and ups.
C) Up to 4 camera replacements a year (if
needed), 4 scheduled service calls a year (When
needed), 4 Emergency service calls a year
(When Needed).
D) 20% off all (Labor & Materials) outside Scope
of Preventative maintenance agreement. (To
include Future expansion of add on cameras at
each site)
E) Complete a site report Document for each
location and turn into City IT Lead staff.
F) Billed Monthly @ $2500.00 Per Month.
