This is to inform you that Cart-Away Concrete Systems, Inc, herein known as Cart-Away, with headquarters and manufacturing facilities located at 2490 Ewald Ave SE, Salem, OR 97302 is the creator, marketer, and manufacturer of the CMK-175 1-3/4 Cubic Yard MixKing Mixing Trailer. The design and function of the units are proprietary to Cart-Away and is used by customers to mix up to 1-3/4 yards of concrete using the most efficient and cost effective means available. The MixKing Trailer was designed to provide a complete, compact mixing trailer with a GVW of 10,000 Ibs to allow it to be towed without a commercial endorsement.
Cart-Away is the sole manufacturer and marketer of the CMK-175 in the United States. No other representatives can sell this same product in the USA. Any Purchasing Groups that would quote you will get their numbers from us, as well.

Terms and Conditions:
Buyer shall pay a deposit of 30% of the total order amount upon acceptance of this quote. The balance is due in full prior to shipping. Cart-Away Concrete Systems shall not begin production or schedule delivery until both the deposit and signed quote are received. Balances not paid by the due date are subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month (18% annual rate) or the maximum allowed by law. In the event of nonpayment or default, Buyer agrees to pay all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney's fees, court costs, and collection agency fees, Orders cancelled after deposit is received are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the total order amount, reflecting production scheduling, materials procurement, and administrative costs. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, with exclusive jurisdiction in the state and federal courts located in Marion County, Oregon. Title and risk of loss pass to Buyer upon delivery of the equipment to the carrier at Cart-Away Concrete Systems' facility. Standard support is available during business hours (Monday-Friday, 7 AM-4 PM PST). Any additional services outside these hours may incur additional charges and require prior agreement. 1am a reseller and would like Cart-Away Concrete Systems to apply my reseller certificate number for the above equipment purchase. A copy of the certificate must accompany the signed quote.
