Amendment 2
SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY OF BARSTOW, CA
AND INTEGRATED TECHNOLOGY PARTNERS
This Second Amendment (“Second Amendment”) is to the AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) executed on September 23, 2025, by and between City of Barstow, California (“City”), and Integrated Technology Partners (“Contractor”).
WHEREAS, the parties previously amended the Agreement on December 16, 2025 (“First Amendment”), to update the Scope of Services and staffing structure; and
WHEREAS, the City has identified updated Go-Live dates for remaining ERP phases and requires additional Subject Matter Expertise and Project Management support through August 1, 2027; and WHEREAS, the parties desire to increase the authorized funding and extend the service period to encompass these newly identified requirements;
THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing, and the mutual covenants set forth herein, the parties agree as follows:
1. Addition to SOW Section: Supplemental Scope of Services (April 2026 – August 2027) In addition to the services defined in the First Amendment, Contractor shall provide remote Subject Matter Expertise and Project Management support for the following ERP phases with Client Estimated Go-Live Dates:
Financials: Go-Live 7/1/2026
HCM, Time & Attendance: Go-Live 1/1/2027
EPL Business Project: Go-Live 7/1/2027
Service Areas include:
Module Setup Assistance, Analysis Support, and Legacy Data Imports. Coaching, configuration, and testing Questionnaires.
EPL Conversion Assistance
End User Training support; Go-Live, and Post-Live Support activities. Project Management Oversight and support for City Technical Staff on upgrades and troubleshooting. System Analysis for Role-Based Security and Electronic Business Rule Configuration.
2. Amendment to SOW Section: Estimated Hours and Budget The following estimated costs are hereby authorized for the supplemental scope through August 1, 2027, in addition to previously authorized funds:
Proposed Estimate of Hours: 1,848 hours
Estimated Service Cost: $277,200.00 (billed at the established rate of $150/hr) Estimated Travel Budget: $20,000.00 (to be utilized upon client request) Total Additional Estimate: $297,200.00

3. Continuation of Terms
Except as specifically amended by this Second Amendment, all terms, provisions, and conditions of the Agreement and the First Amendment shall remain in full force and effect.
