As part of the fiscal year-end review process, City staff has reviewed the Measure I CIP that was adopted on August 19, 2025, and compared it against the FY 2025/2026 Measure I actual expenditures.

In accordance with the SBCTA auditor's provisions, staff is adjusting the Measure I Capital Improvement Plan for FY 2025/26 to reflect projected Measure I project expenditures per the most current data available, as reflected in Attachment A.
